Lunchtime Ashtanga Beginners Course Online – starts 9/14

Recommended for those new to yoga or new to Ashtanga yoga and also great as a refresher. This course includes two 45 minute classes per week for four weeks and covers a complete introduction to the Ashtanga Yoga Mysore method. The course provides the foundation for a home practice as well as attending the Mysore Classes at Jois Yoga or any other traditional Ashtanga Mysore classes.
Due to COVID-19 this Course is taking place on-line
Tuesdays and Thursdays from September 14 to October 7 at 12.15pm-1.00pm (PDT – California time)
Classes will take place via the Go-to webinar platform. Students should sign up for these classes in advance using this link . After signing up you will receive a confirmation email and will be emailed a reminder email prior to each class which will include a link to log into class.

Andrew Hillam
Andrew's dedicated study of Ashtanga Yoga began in 1994 while at Adelaide University pursuing a degree in Music Performance.Since 2001 he has travelled yearly to Mysore, India, to study with Guruji and Sharath at KPJAYI and has been granted Advanced A Certification.
